You can register as a patient at the surgery if you live within the area shown on the map
Catchment area
We are happy to accept new patients who are ordinarily resident in the UK and living within our practice boundary.
See if you live within our practice boundary by using the interactive map and postcode checker.
Not in our catchment area?
Please note that every care has been taken in the preparation of information on this Postcode Mapping Tool, however there may be instances where the Postcode Mapping Tool does not include your location even though it is within our Practice Boundary. An example of this may be new housing developments where the postcodes are not yet included on Google.
In these circumstances please check on the Practice map above for more details, or contact the Surgery.
We do ask if possible that new patients register with us as soon as they have moved, rather than waiting until they need to see a doctor, as this gives us time to get your details on to the computer and to request your notes from your previous surgery.
You and Your General Practice is a national guide on what you can expect from your GP surgery. It also explains what you can do to get the best from the NHS.

Important information regarding your NHS medical records – Summary Care Record
The National Care Record Service (NCRS) is the way in which health professionals now access the Summary Care Record (SCR). The SCR has not changed, it is just the way SCRs are accessed that has changed.
For more information about NCRS please see: National Care Records Service
Information for patients who wish to opt out of having a summary care record, including an opt out form is available here: Opting out
