Remembering Joss Datson

It is with the very deepest sadness that we announce the death of our wonderful visiting Paramedic Joss Datson.

She joined the practice in June 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, as the first paramedic placed within a GP surgery in the Winchester area, blazing a way for this role to become a vital part of how we work in our General Practice. She had started out in the ambulance service and wanted a chance to get to know her patients better and be part of a bigger team. She offered the most superb service to the many people she saw, always smiling, cheerful and helpful. She undoubtably saved lives while working with us and quickly drew respect from both patients and colleagues.

She will be remembered by the whole team at St Clements as the friendliest, hardest working member of the team, always willing to go the extra mile for her patients and her colleagues.

We will miss her desperately and are sending our most heartfelt condolences to her family.
